Industrial Design Director

Matías spent some years working for the Canadian company Bombardier Transportation as chief designer for the industrial design department in Mexico. One of his major design projects is the Light Rail Vehicle for Minneapolis Minnesota where he obtained experience in team leadership, project administration and design implementation.

Matías is an industrial designer graduated from the Mexican University UNAM and with exchange studies at L’ENSCI Les Ateliers in France. He worked in the USA for Royal Truck Bodies and Aros-Throndson design studio.

With this experience working for world-class companies, Matías' expertise has been gained in product development from hand sketches to final product. Centered in ensuring concepts feasibility, product design qualities, product-user interaction, he is focused on the design process and design strategies always looking for innovation.

Fluent in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese, he enjoys photograph and mountain-biking in his spare time.
