Strong Expertise in: Numerical Methods (Finite Element Analysis) and
Experimental Techniques.
Engineering personnel has 15 years of experience in FEA, structural experimental mechanics and has developed projects in fields like:
· Biomechanics
· Sport Science
· Photography
· Rail Transportation
· Automotive
These capabilities give us the strength to help our costumers engineer their products from the earliest conceptual development stage to prototyping and pre-production stages with the highest quality in the shortest time.
As part of our effort to create added value for our customers, MADE has direct relationship with the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the National Autonomous University of Mexico and the ANSYS International office in Mexico. These relationships allow us to tackle special activities where a very sophisticated testing equipment is needed or a very large analysis is taking place where a super-computer is the best solution.

-Structural analysis and design is made primarily by the use of Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
We are capable to perform the following type of FEA for mechanical systems, subsystems and/or components:
· Linear and Non-linear Static
· Linear and Non-linear Dynamics
· Linear and Non-linear Buckling
· Vibration (Modal) Analysis
· Drop Tests
· Crashworthiness
· Heat Transfer Analysis
-Experimental Mechanics is based on the use of strain gage technology and piezo-electric accelerometers.
We perform the following services:
· Static Strain and Stress Measurements
· Dynamic Strain Measurements
· Structural Evaluation
· Vibration Measurements
· Displacement, velocity, and acceleration
· Fundamental frequencies
We use these techniques with a vast numbers of materials like metals,
plastics, ceramics, and composites.
